You probably noticed the perennial flowers bloomed as early as February and March, but many took a beating from the temperature swings. The annual flowers would never have made it through all that. They also won’t make it through a late frost, so DO NOT PLANT YOUR ANNUAL FLOWERS BEFORE THE END OF APRIL!
