Flea, tick, and mosquito applications last approximately 30 days. They require monthly visits to protect your family and pets during the active season.
Most of our applications will dry in 30-60 minutes. However, some of our applications are dry to begin with, so they take no time at all. It depends on the service you receive, but we generally recommend waiting about an hour before going outside.

A brown patch treatment lasts approximately 28 days. Depending on the time of year for your first treatment and the summer conditions Nashville is experiencing, you may need one to two additional treatments to last you through the summer.
However, you can eliminate brown patches in the future when you combine the treatments with our lawn care program.
The cost of treatment stems from the product price. Treating brown spots requires different materials than our traditional lawn care program.
Brown patches are especially damaging to tall fescue grasses, which grow in the transition zone between hot and cold climates, like Tennessee.
If left untreated, the brown patches can spread and grow, ruining your lawn and costing you more money to fix later. Don’t delay lawn care treatment.
Unfortunately, flea and tick treatments do not control mosquitoes. The only way to treat mosquitoes is to use repellents specifically made for mosquitoes.
Our pest control program takes care of all three—fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes!
Some weeds are extra resilient, so we offer a free 14-day service call period to kill your weeds. We schedule free service calls within 14 days of treatment to ensure your weeds disappear.
All applications are rain-safe within 30 minutes, except for weed control. Rain can affect our weed control efforts. If it rains within 14 days of application, we will come by and test the application to make sure it’s working as intended.
Proper lawn, tree, and shrub care starts in colder weather to build plant resiliency. When we spray our applications in the winter, we use cold-weather products that work effectively in below-freezing temperatures.
Nope! Similar to our winter product choices, we use applications that work well in hot temperatures.
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before you mow. This gives our application plenty of time to set into the soil and plants so it can do its job.
